We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role is focused on property damage restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, repair work, and insurance-related project management.
The right candidate will have direct restoration project management experience and be comfortable managing customers, crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, documentation, and project communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in with industry knowledge, keep projects moving, and maintain strong communication and quality standards from start to finish.
Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
  • Oversee mitigation, reconstruction, repair work, and project closeout
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, inspections, and project schedules
  • Review scopes of work, estimates, budgets, job files, and project documentation
  • Communicate regularly with property owners, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Identify and resolve project delays, field issues, change orders, and customer concerns
  • Track project costs, approvals, documentation, photos, and updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support estimating, supplements, insurance documentation, and project billing as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and restoration industry best practices
  • Represent the company professionally with customers, insurance contacts, and trade partners

Requirements
