About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of quality assurance strategies across IT projects and operations, ensuring our products create measurable value for both customers and the business.

Youโ€™ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners in developing and implementing testing standards, processes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, deep expertise in software testing methodologies, and a proven track record of enhancing quality in dynamic IT environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions
  • Creates and executes comprehensive roadmaps that clearly define pathways to quality solutions
  • Oversees the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications and IT systems
  • Collaborates with business analysts, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to define quality requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Evaluates and implements new testing tools, technologies, and automation frameworks to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drives root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects and quality issues
  • Coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) and support production releases to ensure successful deployments
  • Communicates QA status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, design, QA, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful product execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance management experience, with at least 3 of those years in a role at an established software technology company.
  • Strong technical fluency; able to engage deeply with engineering on computer science concepts, systems, APIs, and architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience with writing test plans and executing automated testing to include functional, smoke, regression, load, negative and mobile strategies, required
  • Ability to manage teams and projects within a software solutions environment
  • Adaptable to fast-paced changing industry practices
