Your Key Responsibilities


Schaeffler Group USA Cheraw, SC is seeking Co-op students for Fall 2026 semester. 

  • Provide technical support for Manufacturing Plant in either Production Technology,Industrial Engineering, Digitalization, Quality or MPL Depts. in plant. 

  • Participation in tasks key to specific area of discipline related to field of study in one of the above departments. 

  • Manage projects that may include areas of efficiency, six sigma and lean concepts. 

  • Analyze data, perform time studies, process improvements, production planning and assist in other projects and duties to support the department.

Your Qualifications
  • Enrolled at an accredited institution pursuing a degree in one of the following areas pertaining to the individual depts. above: B. S. Industrial Engineering, B.S. Mechanical Engineering, B.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or B.S. Business Administration. 

  • Computer literatewith MS Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets. 

  • Must be in Sophomore year or higher to qualify for Co-op role. 

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment Visa or other sponsorship.
