We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing finishing related projects (systems preferred). He/she should be business savvy with an eye for detail, as well as have great leadership skills. The candidate can set clear milestones and help delegate projects to their peers. This candidate must be detailed oriented and organized as they will be managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The Project Manager will be responsible for processing and coordinating all aspects of our projects from receipt of the PO to the installation of the final product. This includes coordination with on-site contacts, customers, contractors, designers, and installers.

Responsibilities:
  • Successfully coordinate project management from production through finalization of installation.

  • Negotiate contracts and monitor changes of contract commitments.

  • Liaise with customers, product design team members, and factories to gain maximum efficiency in terms of timing and budget of projects.

  • Develop procedures as well as system controls, and ensure technology, capability, and capacity to support projects.

  • Centralize assistance with conflict resolution, decision-making, and management of timing, resources, and all project issues.

  • Balance team responsibilities, prioritize projects, and assign resources to the projects.

  • Setting and achieve a consistent business/project visions.

  • Define project success criteria and scopes, analyze variances, document project objectives, limitations, constraints, and conduct cost/benefit analysis.

  • Assign owner who will be responsible for planning, estimating, monitoring and reporting on the activities. Activities including project planning, scope definition, risk analysis, cause-effect analysis, duration data, execution, and control.

  • Approve and review design control, including development planning, input, output, verification, review, and analysis.

  • Develop and manage bid strategies and plans.

  • Review project risks and establish mitigation procedures.

  • Conduct a post-project analysis to capture lessons learned and take action.

  • Responsible to keep accurate and updated data for all projects.

Qualifications:Education
  1. BS degree and/or Five years of related experience as a Project Manager

  1. Engineering experience required.

  2. Must be able to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and consistently achieve deadlines.

  3. Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested.

  4. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  5. Handled multiple customers/coordinating requests/customer compliance.
