The Project Manager hired in this role willbe responsible formanaging one or more projects with low to moderate complexity through the complete project lifecycle involving functional teams (both domestic and international) focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

What You'll Work On

  • Accountable for the total project scope; completion within budget constraints, and the scheduled completion date.

  • Manage creation of detailed project plans, resource and budget management, schedule management, project risk assessments, and project documentation for stage gate reviews or similar.

  • Recognize the broader implications of actions and proposals on the final project outcome.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects with problem-solvingmethodology.

  • Drive teams to meet milestones and deliverablesestablishedin project planning and agreed upon with senior leadership.

  • Prepare and present written and oral reports and other presentations to internal and external audiences, including cross-functional management.

  • Clearly define and manage project scope. Develop and manage the project charter and project plan to meet deliverables.Identifykey milestones for project status reporting.

  • Leads the creation and updates of detailed project plans (i.e., Charter, IPP), schedule management, and project documentation, including design history filesin accordance withinternal design control requirements & stage gate reviews or similar.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project scope byidentifyingtasks,creatingand tracking the projectschedule.

  • Drive cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deliverablesestablishedin project planning and agreed upon with senior leadership.

  • Prepare and present project progress reports to keep management and team informed.

  • Under supervision, may create and deliver a project review presentation to Business Unit leadership as necessary.

  • Perform/Lead project risk assessment & propose & manageappropriate mitigations.

  • Identifyproblems and work with a cross-functional team to resolve them.

  • Tracks and presents budget variances and recommends contingency options.

  • Collaborate with representatives fromappropriate functionalareas across the Division to meet projectobjectives.

  • Creates a work environment that supports team effectiveness.

  • Under supervision,assistswith the decision-making process within a cross-functional team.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate'sDegree

  • Minimum4years project management & or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role/environment

  • Two or more years of experience in an FDA environment.
