Job Title: Project Support Merchandiser 
Location: Presque Isle, ME
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $16-$18 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)
Expected Hours: Varies, Project-Based

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented retail professionals who thrive in both relationship-building and hands-on merchandising environments. This role combines ongoing store support with project-based merchandising initiatives, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on the customer’s experience while representing leading retail brands.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working independently, building strong partnerships with store teams, and executing merchandising projects with accuracy and excellence. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Replenish stock, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation. 
  • Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates. 
  • Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards. 
  • Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools. 
  • Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates. 
  • Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments. 
  • Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.

  • Planogram experience is a plus.
  • Smartphones are required for reporting: 
    • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
    • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest 
Requirements: 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
  • Frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs. 
  • Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to move merchandise, fixtures, and displays as required. 
  • Comfortable working in a variety of retail store environments.
