Are you ambitious to make things better?We’re looking for a driven and collaborative professional to take ownership of capital engineering projects across multiple sites—delivering innovation, safety, and performance improvements across a busy operational function.If you’re motivated by making a tangible difference, leading complex projects, and driving continuous improvement, this could be your next step.Principal Responsibilities:Supporting the Senior Program Manager for end-to-end project delivery, from concept and design through to commissioningProviding mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to support operational performance and improvementsManaging project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring investments deliver expected outcomesPartnering closely with operational teams to deliver practical, value-driven engineering solutionsDeliver projects safely, promoting a zero harm / zero incident cultureProvide expert mechanical and electrical engineering support across capital projectsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors and site teamsApply value engineering and best practice to optimize project outcomesIdentify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvementsEnsure compliance with all engineering, HSE, and CDM regulationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across regional operationsInterpret and challenge technical designs, drawings and specifications (CAD)Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required3+ years of related experience requiredSkills You Bring:Strong operational engineering/project experience within an industrial environment or heavy industry, manufacturing, aggregates, asphalt, concrete or similarQualifications in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering (Degree or equivalent experience)Proven project management experience including budgeting and deliveryAbility to help develop scope, estimate and deliver complex projectsExperience working across multi-disciplinary teams in a multi-site environmentA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilityHigh levels of resilience, adaptability and self-awarenessTravel Requirements: Up to 20% of Travel is required.Physical Demands and Working Conditions:Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of timeAbility to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the timeMust be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understandMust be able to exchange accurate informationOperates in a professional office environmentConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machineryAbility to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)Noise level in the work environment is usually rareCompensation and Benefits:Salary Pay Range: $81,675.00 - $136,125.00 USD per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
