Event SpecialistJob Description

Calling all planners! We are searching for our newest Event Specialist. This person will primarily manage our tradeshow programs, with support for hosted conferences and internal events . If you color-code your shopping lists, ponder how that movie set was built, or take guilty pleasure in building budgets - you're one of us and we want to hear from you!

This role is based in our Chelmsford, MA headquarters and expected to be in-office at least 4 days a week.

What you'll do here as an Event Specialist:

Core responsibilities include the strategic project management of assigned event programs, with team support for other creative endeavors as needed.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the planning and execution of assigned Axis conferences, tradeshows, and internal events.
  • Manage planning process, meetings, stakeholder communication, and attendee journey.
  • Onsite lead for internal/external attendees, vendors, and speakers.
  • Sponsorship strategy, show branding.
  • Facilitate event service orders, shipping, activities, lead processing, event software platform build out, promotional orders, and all other logistical functions.
  • Budget ownership for respective programs - building, reconciling, and forecasting.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support sourcing of vendors and systems as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to understand our offerings, market landscape, and operations, aligning events to support the achievement of our company goals.

The approximate pay range for this role is $75K- $85K.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
