Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to play a key role supporting operations, support, and team project management within a cloud-based digital environment. In this role, you will manage escalated tickets, support onboarding processes, assist with organization and reporting, and work closely with technical leads, management, and project managers to unblock and resolve difficult user stories and features. You will need to be comfortable proactively escalating blocking issues to leads and managers without unnecessary delay.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

       Work escalated tickets from Level 1 teams, including customer- and internally-reported issues, using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.

       Manage team project tracking within Azure DevOps, supporting ongoing monitoring, observability work, and dealer- and customer-facing business tool operations.

       Join staff meetings; assist with organization, reporting, and identifying and communicating roadblocks and issues to appropriate stakeholders.

       Work with technical leads, management, and project managers via meetings and email to unblock and resolve difficult user stories and features related to support onboarding processes.

       Support the onboarding process for dealer and customer-facing tools and systems.

       Proactively escalate blocking issues to leads and managers to ensure swift resolution without unnecessary delay.

Team Structure & Work Environment

       You will work within a leadership team of 5-6, across a broader organization of 35 members. Day-to-day collaboration is primarily with US-based team members, with some interaction with colleagues in Eastern Europe and India.

       This is a remote role. Candidates must reside near one of the following hub locations and be available to come into the office when requested: Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, or Dallas, TX.

Requirements

Candidate RequirementsEducation & Experience

       Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

       Candidates without a degree will be considered with 4+ years of directly relevant project management or operations support experience.

Required Technical Skills

       Project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira/Confluence.

       AWS tools including CloudWatch and Lambda services.

       Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.

       Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, including building polished presentations for leadership and management audiences.

       Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar.

Desired Technical Skills

       Familiarity with Scrum/Agile practices.

Required Soft Skills

       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - this is a critical requirement and will be closely evaluated throughout the interview process.

       Strong project planning skills with the ability to facilitate and escalate issues to management quickly and effectively.

       Comfortable working directly with leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
