Role Overview 

We’re looking for a process and execution-minded Project Manager to support our Marketing organization. This role brings clarity, structure, and momentum to marketing work by translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with excellence. 

This Project Manager is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves collaborating with teams, and brings order to complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’re someone who naturally builds structure, spots gaps, and helps teams move work forward more effectively. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, from intake through delivery 

  • Translate high-level strategies into clear execution plans with defined timelines, milestones, dependencies, and ownership 

  • Partner exceptionally well cross-functionally, collaborating with teams across Marketing and the broader organization 

  • Lead project kickoffs, run weekly status updates, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed 

  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, propose solutions, and maintain momentum across projects 

  • Support campaign launches and key initiatives with strong operational execution 

  • Maintain strong, consistent use of tools like Asana and Airtable to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment  

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, workflows, and playbooks to increase efficiency, clarity, and team velocity 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2–3 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related role 

  • Process- and operationally minded; enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and creating scalable systems 

  • A strong collaborator and team player who thrives in highly cross-functional environments and understands how decisions impact multiple teams 

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight 

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-moving work 

  • Clear, concise, and solutions-oriented communicator 

  • Highly self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through 

  • Experience using Asana and Airtable or similar project management tools 

  • Bonus: experience in high-growth or in-house marketing environments
