• Responsible for ensuring delivery to the specified target dates
• Mobilizes project team (assignments, roles and responsibilities, etc.)
• Responsible for coordinating cross-workstream impacts
• Responsible for day-to-day priority setting for the project team
• Creates bottoms-up WBS, resource and capacity plan, assigns resources to various activities and deliverables
