The Account Manager will responsible to release projects to completion and is an advocate for the client, understanding their goals and needs and translating them into concrete tasks, deadlines, and milestones at Punch. The Account Manager will be a liaison between engineers, designers, marketers, project managers, and administrators at Punch and the client, and it will be the face of our agency.

He/She will be empowered to take leadership on communication and completion of projects. This position serves as the conductor of the project life cycle, including but not limited to, scoping, scheduling, moving work through internal systems, managing resources, working with external vendors, and doing what's needed drive the project forward, all the while monitoring feasibility

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients
  • Keep clients constantly informed and up-to-date on project accomplishments and deadlines
  • Gather necessary materials from client to move project along
  • Attend kick-off meetings with clients
  • Participate in morning status meetings for assigned projects across multiple accounts; keep status of projects up to date daily
  • Review job details, define project milestones, set achievable deadlines and expectations, define final project deliverables
  • Create schedules and manage resources in coordination with any specific project managers assigned to team
  • Keep an eye and check-in with design and engineering teams to make sure work and deadlines are being finished
  • Ensure work produced meets client requirements
Qualifications

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 year of experience working directly with Clients in the Information technology industries
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in relative field
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts
  • Excellent communication, written, and oral skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Comfortable pitching work to clients

All of our core engineers are paid in the $150,000 range or greater and we also provide our engineers the opportunity to work, all expenses paid, from our Phuket, Thailand office one month a year as a creative outlet to work and enjoy life to the fullest.
