Job description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - Service Delivery PMO to lead the delivery, integration, and deployment of complex technical infrastructure and network systems across global environments. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the successful integration of technology platforms across multiple partners and operational domains.

The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of infrastructure deployment, network integration, and service delivery-owning timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring solutions meet performance expectations, partner requirements, and operational readiness standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, deployment, and operations to drive delivery outcomes
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple system layers, ensuring alignment with architecture and business goals
  • Oversee integration activities across internal systems and external partner environments
  • Manage onboarding and technical coordination with partners and vendors, ensuring readiness for service delivery
  • Support development and execution of testing and validation plans to ensure system performance and interoperability
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication frameworks
  • Drive standardization of processes, workflows, and deployment methodologies across projects
  • Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during integration, deployment, and post-deployment phases
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks, and performance metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and quality 

Qualifications 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus 

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8+ years*of experience in technical project management, systems delivery, or network/infrastructure deployment
  • Experience managing complex, multi-domain technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and partners
  • Proven track record delivering projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure or network deployments
  • Familiarity with system integration, testing, and validation processes
  • Exposure to telecommunications, distributed systems, or network technologies
  • Experience coordinating multi-vendor or partner-driven delivery programs
  • Background in automation, deployment frameworks, or process standardization
  • Experience working in global or multi-region project environments

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
