Strategic Project Manager
Type: Full time, Salary
Location: Florida Office or Remote
Department: Advancement
Reports to: Director of Strategy
Summary
At OneHope we strive to provide the transformational Word of God to children and youth around the world. The Strategic Project Manager contributes to further our mission by leading stakeholders through the development of resources and tools that help fuel a movement of generosity for OneHope's work of God's Word Every Child.
The Strategic Project Manager (PM) is an operational leader with strong communication, organization and team leadership skills. The PM also has a strong understanding of digital and print marketing with proven ability as a problem solver who finds ways to get things done on-time and in-budget. Ultimately, the PM has an innate ability to reduce project complexity to actionable simplicity for themself and others.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Takes Advancement team projects from concept to completion - working with production teams and key approvers. Projects include resources for events, fundraising, reporting and other marketing functions.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership, OneMission: Cultivates and grows a community of OneHope monthly givers through effective communication of giving impact and community belonging.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership, Best Practices: Brings strategic direction and guidance to projects based on knowledge of best practices in email/text marketing, search advertising, influencer marketing and other areas of digital marketing.
  • Print Management: Oversees print production for Advancement team projects. This includes developing relationships with key print shops to help improve production speed and quality for print materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage the QA process for Advancement team projects using various tools and resources to assure all project aspects are error free on completion.
  • Communication and Tracking: Tracks and communicates progress on projects from beginning to end using OneHope project management and communication tools.
Requirements
  • A personal relationship with Jesus and alignment with the mission and vision o f OneHope
  • Three to Five years of demonstrated project management experience in a nonprofit setting
  • Proven track record working with digital and/or print marketing projects
  • High-level communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment
  • Monday - Friday during business hours (9 AM-5 PM).
  • Occasional evening and weekend work might be required.
  • Our work is international and may require some flexibility to accommodate teams in different time zones across the globe.
  • Some travel may be necessary, both domestic and abroad.
