Direct hire. Seeking IT Project Manager. Location is hybrid(2 days in office min) and in DC off of L'enfant Plaza metro stop.

Full time job with full benefits. Salary range from $120,000- $160,000 a year but will depend on experience. Must have Bachelors degree.

In order to attain clearance, must not have travelled outside of country for more than 180 days total in the past 5 years.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Our Executive Team:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading, directing, developing, executing, measuring, and improving account,
process, people, and software implementation KPIs and workstreams. Team is looking for a technically savvy and
operationally disciplined senior project manager to help lead efforts in helping our customers manage and enhance mission
systems.
The successful candidate is a technical project manager with a track record of successfully developing strong relationships
and successfully managing complex, cross-discipline projects must be able to demonstrate a history of successful
development of relationships, processes, metrics, project management, collaborations, and operational support.
As a leader within this team, we would look for a candidate to bring discipline to the planning and deliverables process and
improve the quality of our deliverables. Must be a self-starter, a self-managed person who can coach and mentor Project
Leads and lead Project activities

Experience in working with supply chain, eCommerce, marketing, mail, and parcel
systems is a plus.
Work Location:
Candidates for this role will be based in the United States, and the position is onsite in Washington DC with two days of
telecommuting available per week. On-site presence is critical to the success of program delivery and the account(s) growth.

Lead risk management, communications management, and stakeholder management activities.
Coordinate and monitor project schedules, pricing, and technical performance and deliverables.
The job responsibilities include participating in a project management capacity.
Project scope definition, and planning through delivery of assigned deliverables and releases.
Provide customer input represented in both technical and business terms with descriptive requirements to ensure the
value of the project is realized.
Helps with account management and leading solutioning activities to help clients with current and future problems.
Delivery, documentation, and circulation of an end-to-end Plan, including activities, dependencies, timing, and
ownership. Follow up with specific owners to deliver components of the project on time.
Driving a unified message to all affected internal stakeholders and delivering quality feedback back to the teams
responsible for deliverables such as requirements documents, technical and user guide documents, API and data
specification development, training materials, change requests, QA plans and processes, and User Group
communications materials.
Provide actionable detail on future obligations to the requirements management team, design team, guides and
communications team, QA team, and customer onboarding team.
Present program status and issues to customer and company management regularly and consistently in regular status
reporting and status meetings.
Understand and coach/teach others the customers on SDLC, business processes, templates, and systems.
Works with Project managers, project leads, and customers to refine planning and communication of deliverables.
Lead solutioning activities in conjunction with team to help clients address current and future problems.
Creation and direction of the end-to-end project plan to include activities, dependencies, timing, and ownership.
Drive unified internal messaging and deliver quality feedback to the teams responsible for deliverables, including
requirements, quality assurance, technical design, communications, and onboarding teams and personnel.
Provide actionable detail on future obligations to the team.
Present program status and issues to customer and company management both as needed and in scheduled status
meetings.
Internal and external coaching on SDLC, business processes, templates, and systems.
Work with project managers, project leads, and customers to refine planning and communication of deliverables.
What You've Done Before:
8+ years of Project management, Account management, and business development experience

Experience in Risk
assessment and mitigation, managing communications and personnel, and leadership skills. A high-energy problemsolving
(candor with respect) personality that can build strong relationships with the team and the client(s).
5+ years of leadership and technical management experience.
Must have problem-solving skills to recognize, analyze, and respond to business and technical challenges and
opportunities.
Must have excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management,
Business Admiration, or related field.
Master's degree is preferred.
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders related to integration management, and risk management is a big
plus.
