Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-year programs focused on organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, infrastructure initiatives, and performance management.

The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of program objectives, schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.
  • Maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of contractual deliverables.
  • Identify issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.
  • Support client relationship management and executive communications.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Experience leading PMOs, transformation initiatives, government programs, or infrastructure-related projects preferred.

Certifications

Required

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification.

  • Lean Six Sigma
