Job Description
  • Provides direct administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in ensuring compliance and administering policies and procedures
  • Prepares specialized correspondence and materials
  • Assists with maintaining information packets and outreach materials repositories
  • Serves on work groups and manages special projects and assignments
  • Undertakes special projects as determined by the Program Manager or Project Director
  • Conducts statewide, group orientations
  • Conducts statewide CASAS testing
  • Trains participants on various literacy topics of interest
  • Facilitates Microsoft Office trainings
  • Familiarity with the Northstar Digital Literacy Suite
  • Works with colleagues to produce/recommend/develop long-term plans for further development
  • Understands goals/metrics and seeks ways to meet and exceed goals
  • Completes data entry in Quickbase, as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in a TANF program
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and extensive experience in a professional office environment
  • Current certification as a CASAS testing administrator
  • Professional administrative experience
  • Operational Leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills with ability to create and present services information to Employers/Businesses, partners and stakeholders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish pre-determined goals
