Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

The PLM Solution Development Manager for Digital Transformation (DT) program is responsible for holistically managing the solution development, on primarily, 3DExperience platform from Dassault Systems, and delivery of the PLM systems to the business organization. Lead the DT program by engaging KLA business groups, direct reporting PLM team members and IT vendors. Manage technical and non-technical teams on day-to-day basis to execute the program from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a 3-4 multi-site team of architects, tech PMs and BPAs for program execution

  • Manage work allocation of the team members to the projects by assigning resources to the project in consultation with project managers

  • Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to review ongoing work assignments and provide direction and guidance as needed

  • Evaluate performance of the team members and set yearly performance goals for team members

  • Perform managerial task on regular basis like administrative approvals, personnel matters, etc.

  • Hire, motivate and develop talent within the team to drive execution excellence and deliver innovative solutions

  • Plan talent development within the team for future anticipated IT applications and skillsets needs

  • Prepare project internal proposals, yearly Strat plans, budget forecast, etc.

  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly updates to stakeholder

  • Maintain relationship with peer groups like extended IT to collaborate and get support and sponsorship for project execution

  • Maintain relationship with vendors and leverage it to drive programs and hold vendors accountable for high quality deliverables

  • Capture investment business cases, develop high-level approach and investment justifications for business stakeholders and get buy-ins

  • Actively manage program risk across budget, resource, quality, delivery timeline and develop mitigation strategies

  • Review solution designs, project plans and key presentations for accuracy and completeness with team before stakeholder presentation

  • Review project phase gate presentations for milestone completeness before sign-off requests to the business

  • Own and execute proof-of-concept, workshop, software product evaluations and implementation projects

  • Create new playbooks, BKMs, methodologies, etc. with target to gain operational efficiency and productivity improvements

  • Spot work method improvement opportunities, and drive it from inception to delivery by putting together the needed pieces

  • Resolve issues effectively by coordinating activities with business, stakeholders and extended groups in crisis situations

  • Attend Dassault and related conference time to time to stay updated with current and future offering from Dassault and partner OEMs/ISVs

  • Must be able to travel for training, project planning meetings and conference

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in I.T., Engineering or related field is required. MBA is preferred, but not required

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing a team of 4-8 direct reports

  • Ability to create a tailored presentations for different types of audiences

  • Comfortable presenting to large groups at various levels within the organization

  • Minimum 10years of experience with Enovia 3DExperience platform is a must

  • Minimum three (3) years of development and configuration experience in Enovia 3DExperience platform is a must

  • Functional knowledge of 3DExperience Engineering Central, MBOM module, SAP Integration, and Change Management is a must

  • Functional knowledge of Delmia product portfolio from Dassault is a plus

  • Solution development experience with Power BI, Snowflake, etc. is a plus

  • Functional knowledge of ERP, CRM, SRM and MES system is a plus
