Job Title- Quality Management Professional

Project Location – Raleigh, North Carolina, 27616 Onsite

Duration- 12+ months contract

Visa- USC/ GC/ GCEAD/ TN

Notes:

Needs to solve assigned, non-routine tasks, to contribute to projects or assignments, or to support development of guidelines, methods, tools or business processes.

Key Responsibilities: "Experienced Professional" These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.

Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing or implementing processes, technologies and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles.

Targets are short to medium term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.

They may provide functional advice to and integrate services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.

 Required:

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in field of work and qualification.
  • 2+ years or Master Entry.
  • Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including the basic theoretical background.
  • Develops basic business understanding.
  • Contributes to team effort, awareness of expected value add.
  • May improve processes, business methods or technical components.

 Responsibilities:

  • Drives and monitors NPS and CXI measures along the E2E customer journey.
  • Creates transparent and open environment for quality culture together with management.
  • Gives guidance that risks are identified, considered and controlled throughout the design and the use of the Quality Management system.
  • Creates real-time transparency for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.
  • Drives innovative digital solutions to improve quality by thinking outside of the box, coaching and fostering the application of creativity methods.
  • Trains employees in a specific quality area.
  • Coaches team members of agile/lean projects or even leads agile projects e.g. as a SCRUM master.
  • Ensures, implements and assesses quality-related standards and legal requirements in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
  • Analyzes and improves a series of process steps by applying appropriate methods like Value Stream Mapping.
  • Coordinates a group of quality-related staff without leading the team.
  • Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinates an assigned international/national quality network in a specific quality area.
