Job Summary:
Xerox Holdings Corporation is a leader in office and production print technology, expanding into software and services for the hybrid workplace. The IT Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that align with business objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with business and IT stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business partners, vendors, and external partners
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Own project governance activities including status reporting, escalation management, and stakeholder reviews
• Ensure project delivery aligns to enterprise standards, security requirements, and compliance expectations
• Manage changes in scope, timeline, and cost through formal change control processes
• Facilitate key project ceremonies such as kickoffs, standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives (as applicable)
• Drive clear communication, alignment, and accountability across all project participants
• Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and delivery best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or technology-focused initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk
• Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, applications, or enterprise systems
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred:
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe)
• Experience in large enterprise or matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with portfolio management, governance models, or enterprise delivery frameworks
• Experience leading vendor-managed or globally distributed teams
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, or digital transformation initiatives
