Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide comprehensive technical and administrative leadership for our project sites. In this role, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, manage cross-functional teams, and potentially direct multiple concurrent projects through a network of subordinate managers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Drive the overall construction strategy to guarantee projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for owner representatives, subcontractors, security teams, and internal management.

  • Personnel Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of all assigned internal personnel and administrative staff.
