ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction and welding company, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist in overseeing project crews and ensure the successful execution of assigned projects. If you're hardworking, safety-focused, and ready to lead teams on key industrial construction initiatives, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
  • Coordinating and communicating between field teams and office personnel.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Contacting stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding all project details.
  • Coordinating and communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Overseeing crossfunctional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. And ensuring that resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available and allocated effectively to project teams.
  • Managing project budgets, ensuring financial tracking and reporting.
  • Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a Project Manager position within a construction related field.
  • Adept at Microsoft Excel and experience with Projects.
  • Knowledge of pipe systems, components, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics helpful.
  • Handson experience in welding and fabrication processes helpful.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations helpful.
  • Must pass a preemployment drug test.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Indepth knowledge of industrial welding, pipefitting, and pipeline construction practices.
