About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant (10-25 hours) to provide personalized support to a busy household. This role requires someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and managing day-to-day responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.


The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities independently. Success in this role comes from taking initiative, communicating effectively, and ensuring household operations run smoothly with minimal direction.


Spanish fluency is required, as the role involves regular communication with Spanish-speaking contractors and service providers.


Key Responsibilities

Household & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate ongoing home improvement and household projects with contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Schedule appointments, confirm timelines, and coordinate access to the home
  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking contractors and vendors as needed
  • Track estimates, invoices, project milestones, and follow-up items
  • Ensure projects stay organized and moving forward

Personal Errands & Administrative Support

  • Run local errands, including shopping, pickups, deliveries, returns, and exchanges
  • Purchase groceries, household supplies, prescriptions, dry cleaning, and other requested items
  • Assist with gift purchasing, reservations, appointments, and miscellaneous personal requests
  • Research products or services and make recommendations when needed

Household Management

  • Help maintain an organized and well-stocked home
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance appointments, deliveries, and household vendors
  • Monitor household inventory and proactively replenish essential items
  • Prepare the home before travel and ensure everything is ready upon return
  • Manage calendars for household appointments and recurring services

Travel & Pet Support

  • Assist with travel preparations and post-travel household setup
  • Transport the family dog to and from daycare, boarding, or grooming appointments when needed
  • Coordinate pet-related schedules during travel
  • Ensure household essentials are stocked before the family's return

Proactive Personal Support

  • Anticipate household needs before they arise
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities without requiring frequent direction
  • Keep track of upcoming appointments, deliveries, deadlines, and recurring tasks
  • Provide regular updates on completed work and outstanding priorities
  • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and organization


Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, Family Assistant, or similar role
