Summary
Work directly for a well-established organization supporting large-scale facility improvement and infrastructure projects in the Rochester, NY area. Join a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage facility renovation, infrastructure, and equipment installation projects from planning through closeout.
* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
* Oversee design activities, construction management, estimating, scheduling, and code compliance efforts.
* Support capital improvement initiatives while driving process efficiencies, value engineering, and cost savings.
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering or related field with 6+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years of experience.
* Experience managing architectural, electrical, and HVAC-related construction or facility projects.
* Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, EPA, and local building code requirements.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, estimating software, blueprints, and construction documentation.
Preferred Skills & Experience
