Job description

Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige fragrances as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, David Beckham, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Nautica, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.


The Project Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution and commercialization of new product launches and giftsets. This role manages projects from product handoff through production and launch, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies are effectively managed. The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination across Packaging Development, Product Development, and Supply Chain & Operations to ensure products move efficiently from development into production.


This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational project management and commercialization of new product launches and giftsets, coordinating activities across engineering, new tooling, color development, production, filling & assembly, and launch readiness
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple concurrent projects
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Development, Packaging, Manufacturing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure projects progress according to plan
  • Establish project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track project status, identify delays or dependencies, and proactively drive resolution of issues impacting timelines or production
  • Manage changes throughout the project lifecycle, assessing impacts to timing, cost, resources, and production
  • Lead weekly Operations Meetings, maintaining project timelines, trackers, action items, and key deliverables
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to keep launches on track
  • Escalate critical project issues and provide clear updates, next steps, and resolutions to stakeholders and management
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with prior working experience within fragrance or cosmetic industries required
  • Proven experience managing gift sets is highly desirable
