Responsibilities

  • Drive organizational alignment by managing leadership operating cadences, setting agendas, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring crossfunctional accountability
  • Lead daytoday project management across multiple workstreams (Human Capital, Real Estate, Client Operations/Concierge Services)
  • Develop and manage highquality deliverables including presentations, written communications, reports, proposals, and status updates, along with internal templates, checklists, and protocols
  • Partner with internal teams to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into structured project scopes, timelines, and deliverable frameworks
  • Maintain a repository of client deliverables, templates, reference materials, and documentation to support consistency and knowledge sharing
  • Design, document, and implement scalable processes and standard operating procedures that improve efficiency and crossteam coordination
  • Support strategic planning activities, including the development of strategic priorities, business cases, resource planning, and longterm roadmap

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, PMO, or business operations (financial services preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations.
  • Strong execution and follow-through; viewed as a "driver" to successfully complete large initiatives.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High EQ and the ability to lead with influence.
  • Experience with professional service business models and financial modeling a plus.
Pay Information:

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of New York. The pay range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
