POSITION SUMMARY

Huckestein Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects, including both Design-Build and Plan & Specification (Plan & Spec) delivery methods.

This is an upper-mid to senior-level role responsible for full project lifecycle management—from turnover through closeout—with accountability for financial performance, schedule, quality, and coordination with internal engineering, estimating, warehouse/logistics, and field operations teams.

Projects primarily consist of HVAC and plumbing renovation and retrofit work in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
