Director of Operations
Hampton Inn & Suites Harmarville, PA

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Director of Operations to join our team at the Hampton Inn & Suites Harmarville. This position works closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and team members.
The Director of Operations plays a key leadership role by supporting department managers, coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and helping drive guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
This position may be a great fit for you if you:
  • Enjoy leading and developing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Have experience supervising hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Maintenance.
  • Are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and resolving guest concerns.
  • Can assist with staffing, training, coaching, and employee development.
  • Are comfortable monitoring daily hotel operations and ensuring brand standards are met.
  • Can help department leaders achieve productivity, service, and quality goals.

  • Are organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Can assist the General Manager with operational planning, labor management, and overall hotel performance.

Qualifications:
  • Previous hotel leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Operations, or Hotel Management preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
