Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role oversees end-to-end sanitary process equipment and systems integration projects, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and quality from planning through commissioning. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, directing expediting activities, and ensuring effective communication among internal teams, suppliers, and customers. The Senior Project Manager will lead risk assessment and mitigation, supervise inspections, align logistics and installation schedules, and ensure compliance with sanitary process standards and customer specifications. This role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, mentoring project team members, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder sanitary process projects.
  • Experience as an Expeditor or in related Expeditor functions, ensuring timely procurement, delivery, and documentation of equipment and materials.
  • Background in Inspection and quality oversight, verifying equipment, installations, and processes meet sanitary, safety, and customer requirements.
  • Logistics Management capabilities to plan, schedule, and optimize transport, storage, and installation of sanitary process equipment.
  • Proven experience managing industrial or process engineering projects, preferably in dairy, food, beverage, or other high-purity industries.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team guidance, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and basic ERP or CRM systems; familiarity with sanitary design principles is a plus.
