Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for creating costing sheets for all TSM/RSM requests. (Including RPO’s)
  • Generate quotes, sales contracts, and demo contracts for sales staff, and store them electronically for later reference.
  • In control of coordinating transportation of equipment and generating freight PO’s.
  • Work alongside the Director of Sales to assess trade evaluations.
  • Responsible for requesting preventative maintenance quotes and contracts from the RECO Service Department
  • Will request rates and payments from lenders and submit deals for financing approval. In addition, the Sales Support Specialist is in charge of updating the financing participation spreadsheet when applicable.
  • In charge of creating a report to send EDA Lead Cards to the TSM’s/ RSM’s/ DOS, and ownership on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for ordering literature and other marketing materials for TSM’s/RSM’s.
  • In control of finalizing the “Deal Closing Checklists” within their region.
  • Will be responsible for generating all statistics for the Quarterly Review and forward them to management for review.
  • In charge of Reserve Equipment for upcoming sales and RPO’s.
  • Sales Support Specialists must enter all potentials into the Zoho CRM Database for information capture and deal accountability.

REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)

  • 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Sales Support Specialist or comparable experience.
  • Experience using various information resources including on-line databases, publications, etc.
  • Ability to utilize spreadsheets.
  • Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google platform
  • Experience with CRM tools preferred.
