About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide New Business Support for Greater New York/Connecticut Advisors
  • Train New Advisors on New Business Processes
  • Coordinate with Service Centers to Facilitate New Business support / response 
  • Build and maintain key-person relationships with Service Center Staff to expedite New Business review and issue
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to other offices throughout the NY tri-State Area
     

The base salary range for this position is $69,000 - $80,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
