As a Project Manager, you will manage multi-channel program communications to inform a broad customer base of changes, upgrades, decommissions, and other high-impact updates. You will collaborate with technical team members to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging for broadcasts and end users. You will produce communication materials for senior government stakeholders-both technical and non-technical-and ensure all documentation aligns with project goals, client expectations, and security classification requirements.
In addition, you will manage event planning and announcements in coordination with stakeholders and presenters (technology experts), including developing and coordinating speakers, agendas, timing, and a forward-looking event schedule.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the customer engagement and communications program for a global technology product suite
  • Manage a structured communications program by leveraging automation and coordinating with engineers, technical leads, and project managers
  • Develop review-ready communications and content for customer distribution
  • Partner with senior government clients in classified environments to obtain final approval prior to disseminating communications
  • Distribute customer communications across multiple channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team to support customer engagement initiatives
  • Track, analyze, and report customer engagement metrics as part of overall program reporting
  • Independently manage customer engagement tasks, deliverables, and priorities
  • Deliver high-quality communications and program support while meeting tight deadlines

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of IT Project Management supporting Agile projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Leading SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification
  • Proven success implementing program improvements to enhance quality and customer excellence
  • Managing multi-channel customer communications for system changes, upgrades, decommissions, and other high-impact initiatives
  • Partnering with engineers, technical leads, product managers, and program managers supporting developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environments
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing communications
  • Developing governance-approved communications and documentation
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and executives, including both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Planning and executing customer-facing events, briefings, and announcements
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting customer engagement metrics

SALARY RANGE: $92,000.00 - $119,600.00
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
