Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to drive success across a diverse portfolio of projects. This pivotal role requires a hands-on leader to oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initial estimation and contract negotiation to strategic pre-construction planning and seamless field team coordination
Responsibilities:
  • Lifecycle Management: Direct construction projects through every phase, from initial planning and budgeting to final commissioning and closeout.

  • Pre-Construction & Estimating: Perform detailed material takeoffs (MTOs) and develop accurate project estimates and client proposals.

  • Project Governance: Lead pre-construction briefings and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on contract scopes and project requirements.

  • Operational Coordination: Synchronize with field leadership (Foremen/Superintendents) to streamline labor scheduling and material logistics.

  • Financial & Strategic Planning: Establish project budgets and author comprehensive management plans, including milestones and critical-path schedules.

  • Resource Optimization: Oversee the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials while monitoring the performance of site managers and contractors.

  • Reporting & Compliance: Deliver transparent progress reports to stakeholders and uphold rigorous health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Field Presence: Travel (up to 20%) to conduct site inspections, oversee installations, and manage project handovers.


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction best practices, safety codes, and industry regulations.

  • Professional Tenure: Minimum of two years in a Construction Project Management role.
