Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Construction Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI for a direct hire opportunity with our client. As a trusted partner in the construction industry, we connect top talent with top companies across the United States. 

Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $60,000 to $90,000 Per Year BOE

Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of two years, hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team oriented
  • Ability to communicate with property owners, both residential and commercial
  • Experience working with both time and material
  • Xactimate estimating highly preferred
  • Contractor's License preferred
Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be aware of OSHA safety standards
  • Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
