AI Project Manager Delivery Lead
Location: On-site Sacramento
Salary: $175-230k
Sabot Consulting is seeking an AI Delivery Lead Project Manager who will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, and ensures the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions. 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI/ML project delivery from planning through deployment. 
  • Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. 
  • Drive roadmap development and execution for AI initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and security standards. 
  • Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure project success. 
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership. 

Must Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in project/program management. 
  • 3+ years leading AI/ML or data science initiatives. 
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute (PMI).  

Nice To Have:
  • Experience in public sector or government environments. 
  • Certifications such as SAFe, or Scrum Master. 
  • Background in data engineering or analytics.
