Business Consultant Change Management

Candidates with 12- month validity

Arlington, TX" [Hybrid 3 days/week to client site is must]

Interview Mode : MS Teams

Must have : IAM/Change Management

Key Responsibilities:

Develop targeted communications and enablement materials such as FAQs, impact summaries, stakeholder updates, and go live support content.

Create and maintain IAM specific change materials, including access model explanations, role impacts, and readiness documentation.

Partner with change management, training, and communications teams to align messaging, learning plans, and reinforcement activities.

Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and project teams to validate impacts, gather input, and ensure alignment.

Track communication, training, and engagement deliverables, incorporating feedback to improve adoption outcomes.

Participate in project and change management working sessions to stay aligned on decisions, risks, and stakeholder impacts.

Drive stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities across project phases, deployments, and go live cycles.

Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess change impacts, readiness levels, and support needs.

Translate technical, IAM, and process changes into clear, actionable guidance for business and technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years creating technical or change enablement content for enterprise technology or SaaS implementations.

5+ years experience identifying change impacts and translating them into communication, engagement, and training needs.

5+ years strong technical writing experience, especially translating IAM, security, or access related concepts into clear guidance.

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting IAM platform migrations (e.g., SailPoint), including access model changes and post go live adoption.

Background developing change or communication content for security or compliance driven initiatives.

Ability to partner with technical SMEs to validate IAM related communications and end user guidance.

Experience working in structured project or program environments.

Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong collaboration skills.
