Job description

Job Summary:
Medpace is a leading CRO in Cincinnati, and they are seeking an AI Project Manager to join their Chief AI Office. The role involves managing AI projects, ensuring communication across teams, and supporting global initiatives related to AI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Working across Medpace on behalf of the Chief AI Office, the individual will manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the overall AI project list and ensure good communications with teams through meetings such as the AI deep dive Tech and AI working group;
• Serve as primary AI contact for oversight of operational project-specific issues and work with teams on project deliverables;
• Support the CAIO with global initiatives such as analysis and expansion of Microsoft Co-pilot capabilities by leading the project to communicate the latest advances to the AI working group and to collect proof points of benefits for presentation to the executive committee;
• Support the CAIO with any requests from the organization communicating to the CAIO for questions and answers concerning the use of AI;
• Maintain in depth knowledge of AI projects and an understanding of the latest AI capabilities;
• Work with the CAIO to explore additional AI projects across Medpace and in the communication and dissemination of those projects to various stakeholders;
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables;
• Develop operational project plans;
• Manage risk assessment and execution.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, business, or healthcare field
• Knowledge of clinical research is preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a technical or healthcare project manager
• Experience in the management of overall project roadmaps and timeline
• Strong leadership skills with good communication
