Job Description

The Michigan Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (MiSACWIS) is the repository for information for children who have been placed in the care and custody of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).
This senior project manager will be working on projects under the Child Welfare program area. Michigan Department of health and human services has an IT solution - Michigan Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (MiSACWIS) which offers an improved case management tool for child welfare in Michigan, especially for children's protective services (CPS), foster care and adoption cases.
This position will specifically run complex IT projects that are prioritized and assigned by the Child Welfare business area. Strong IT project management skills and Agile Scrum methodology is required to run and manage several scrum teams. This resource must have the ability to work in a matrix organization and must have good interpersonal skills to interact with multiple teams (in house development team, vendors teams, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders).
