Basic Job Functions: Vulcraft-Indiana is seeking qualified candidates for the position of PROJECT MANAGER to be located at the plant in St. Joe, IN. Compensation consists of base wage plus ROA. Ability to build and establish strong relationships with customers Utilize business acumen to make good decisions that are beneficial to both VIN and its customers Possess a technical proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and other engineering documents Identify and communicate potential problems or delays and offer cost-effective solutions Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers Work with the Project Management team to proactively manage the divisionโ€™s production schedule by balancing the needs of VIN and its customers Exemplify a "project-ownership" attitude in all aspects of the job Must be willing to and have the means to travel as needed.
