Job description

The Opportunity

Manage and coordinate various types of oil and gas projects (Valves and Instrumentation, Boilers, Integrated Solutions) executed within Tundraโ€™s Project Delivery Team (PDT).

The Role

  • Provide project stakeholders (clients, Tundra sales and operations team) updated with project status, deadlines and issues.
  • Ensure adequate project organization and communication is conducted.
  • Coordination of multiple vendors.
  • Create project schedules, manage milestones, change orders and invoicing.
  • Organize project handover and kickoff meetings.
  • Accountable for the execution of projects from hand-off to completion. Customer service comes first!
  • Prepare/compile monthly status and progress reports, as required.

The Candidate

Education: A technical diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of project coordination experience.

Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of MS Office including MS Project; Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
