Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management and PMO leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in PMO setup, governance, and process standardization.
  • Strong expertise in budget management, forecasting, and financial governance.
  • Deep experience in risk and compliance management frameworks.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise portfolios/programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance models across programs.
  • Define standard processes, templates, KPIs, and reporting standards to ensure delivery consistency.
  • Drive adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Ensure all programs follow structured delivery lifecycle and best practices.
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Develop and track program-level plans, dependencies, and execution roadmaps.
  • Monitor performance using dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
  • Own and manage program budgets, financial planning, and forecasting.
