About the Opportunity

DMI is seeking a PMO Analyst to support the Federal Program. The PMO Analyst will serve as the central coordination and collaboration resource for the Enterprise PMO team, providing portfolio-wide visibility, dependency tracking, and intake pipeline management across all active workstreams. This role operates across all four EPMO streams - Program Management, Business Requirements, and Technical Delivery - ensuring that the team functions as a cohesive, self-sustaining unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the EPMO master program calendar including meeting cadence, EPLC gate review schedules, reporting deadlines, and sprint ceremony dates across all active workstreams
  • Produce and distribute the weekly EPMO Coordination Summary by close of business every Friday, providing a portfolio-wide snapshot of active assignments, open dependencies, upcoming deadlines, and decisions requiring senior attention
  • Manage the problem statement intake pipeline, tracking each Government request from initial submission through triage, assignment, and resolution; report status in the Monthly Status Report
  • Maintain the EPMO RACI matrix across all active workstreams; review monthly and update within five (5) business days of any ownership or workstream change
  • Track and follow up on all EPMO action items from program meetings, stakeholder sessions, and team stand-ups through closure
  • Maintain and govern the EPMO Knowledge Repository in approved tooling (SharePoint or Confluence), including playbooks, SOPs, lessons learned, and onboarding materials
  • Coordinate cross-stream dependency resolution by facilitating stand-ups and dependency review meetings across all EPMO workstreams
  • Manage onboarding logistics for new EPMO team members including access provisioning, tool orientation, background investigation tracking, and introductions to Government counterparts
  • Coordinate with the Project managers on scheduling, pre-read preparation, and follow-up for Government meetings, briefings, and stakeholder sessions
  • Develop executive dashboards tracking portfolio health, resource utilization, schedule performance, risk exposure, and delivery trends.
  • Support executive governance meetings through preparation of dashboards, briefing materials, and portfolio analytics.
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in federal program coordination, project support, or PMO analyst roles
  • Experience supporting federal IT programs in a health IT or grants management environment preferred

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence for collaboration and documentation
  • Experience with project tracking tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce-based ticket management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, professional meeting minutes, status summaries, and coordination reports
  • Familiarity with federal program management frameworks including EPLC, CPIC, and Agile Delivery Services (ADS)
  • Experience developing and maintaining RACI matrices, action item logs, and integrated program calendars

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-workstream federal IT environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience supporting multi-vendor federal contractor environments preferred
