Work You'll Do
As a Project - Consultant, Managed Services on the Managed Services team, you will be responsible for:

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities for complex projects and programs.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, action items, and performance metrics, and report status to project teams and leadership.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, reports, status briefings, and project records.
• Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, document meeting minutes, and facilitate communication across project teams, customers, and leadership.
• Support resource planning, budget tracking, process improvement initiatives, and compliance with established project and document management procedures.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience supporting project or program management activities
• 1+ years of experience tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items
• 1+ years of experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, status briefings, and meeting materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Ability to work onsite in Panama City, FL 100% of the time
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
