Working closely with project teams, technical stakeholders, shipyards, consultants, and operational departments, the position helps ensure consistency, transparency, organizational learning, and data-driven decision-making across all phases of vessel design and construction.* While primarily focused on Newbuild projects, the position also supports revitalizations, dry docks, and ancillary capital projects through the development of scalable business processes, lessons learned programs, project controls, and data driven decision making capabilities. The role serves as a central resource for driving consistency, transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the Newbuild organization.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Lead the day-to-day execution of the Newbuild Project Management Office (PMO).* Develop and maintain governance frameworks, project standards, workflows, stage-gate processes, and execution methodologies.* Own the Newbuild Management System including procedures, standards, process maps, governance documentation, and organizational controls.* Establish and maintain enterprise knowledge management practices, lessons learned repositories, best-practice libraries, and organizational knowledge-sharing systems.* Develop and manage information governance standards, project records requirements, and project information lifecycle processes.* Support implementation and continuous improvement of project governance frameworks and risk management systems across the Newbuild portfolio.* Assist with governance reviews, risk reporting, mitigation tracking, and organizational capability development initiatives.* Support standards development, process integration, digital transformation efforts, and continuous improvement programs.* Support the continued development and utilization of the Design Intelligence Platform and related business intelligence solutions.* Coordinate collection, validation, organization, and analysis of engineering, design, construction, and operational data.* Develop dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and analytical tools that identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.* Facilitate process improvement workshops, stakeholder interviews, root cause analyses, and lessons learned reviews.* Partner with project managers, shipyard teams, consultants, and operational stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance standards.* Support executive reviews and strategic decision-making through analytics, reporting, and recommendations.* Coordinate communication and alignment across Newbuild, Vessel Operations, Marine Operations, Finance, Procurement, Hotel Operations, and external stakeholders.* Performs other duties as required.**QUALIFICATIONS****DEGREE TYPE:** Bachelor's Degree**FIELD(S) OF STUDY:** Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
