Apollo Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently, schedules are maintained, and deadlines are consistently met.

The Electrical Project Manager will build and maintain strong working relationships with Apollo foremen, general contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team. This role offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.


Salary: $70,000+ annually (commensurate with experience)


Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: In-person (Miami–West Palm Beach)

Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary project liaison between clients, general contractors, foremen, in-house electricians, and other trades (low-voltage, security, etc.)
  •  Review, interpret, and manage project drawings, specifications, and scope of work
  • Maintain project schedules, track outstanding issues, and drive resolutions
  • Create, track, and manage change orders
  • Proactively schedule labor, materials, and external resources
  • Proactively schedules all necessary resources (internal and external)
  • Tracking Field & Material changes to meet project timelines
  • Updating Documentation
  • Communicate with General contractor and team on site regarding changes and follow-up as required
  • Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and
    resolve issues
  • Assist with permit applications and coordination for assigned projects
  • Analyze project costs by comparing estimated vs. actual expenses and identify discrepancies
  • Track job progress, billing, and payment status
  • Manage workforce planning and ensure safety compliance on all job sites
  • Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future
    discrepancies between estimated and actual costs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support staffing, coordination, and project execution

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 4-5yrs of Experience as an electrician (5yrs is ideal)
  • Prior experience as a Foreman/Site Super/APM/PM
  • Knowledge of sub-systems: lighting control, fire alarm
  • Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Residential and commercial single-phase & three-phase (200A - 2000A)
  • Core understanding of battery backup systems and photovoltaic systems
  • Designing and working with system voltages ranging from 120V to 480V
  • Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, QB or other estimating/design/Finance systems
  •  Ability to regularly commute to Miami - West Palm Beach
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-9 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
