We are seeking a driven, hands-on Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. This role is critical in driving timelines, budgets, and quality while collaborating with customers and global teams. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience managing automotive or similar projects.

This Project Manager will support the Project Management Department by performing the following duties:

Job Duties:

  • Implementation and leading of project teams.
  • Responsible for meeting project goals, timing, and budgets.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance.
  • Possess problem-resolution skills.
  • Manage international projects with headquarters.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects from beginning to end.
  • Define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and control project timing and budget.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Present and report project status and progress to Executive Management.
  • Interface with customers - build and grow business relationships.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Proactively manage change and potential issues and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 3 years' experience with automotive or automotive like projects as the project lead.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • The ability to organize and handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to react to changes promptly and efficiently.
