In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience
SAP Project Manager
Preferred Skill and Experience
Excellent understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes & methodologies (including Incident management, Service management, problem management, root cause analysis and Change & Release management)
Able to manage day to day operations of service desk team, delegate tasks, manage shift rosters of team (including providing uninterrupted 24x7 support by managing and coordinating shift rotations, on-call schedules)
Train and groom Service desk team members
Oversee development and communication of SOPs, usage guides and FAQs for end users
Must have handled a large team across multiple applications and suppliers
Able to partner with internal / external IT and business stakeholders to maintain service level KPI and SLAs across applications
Accountable for meeting customer expectations and service delivery performance
Must have implemented continuous improvement initiatives in the AMS operations space related to ticket reduction, productivity improvement, automation and ticket elimination
Should have experience in setting up command center control for IT and business. This includes Infrastructure monitoring, application monitoring and Business process monitoring
Experience with generating various reports reflecting service delivery status quo and highlighting improvement opportunities and plan to achieve service excellence
Ability to streamline and socialize support processes across the IT team and client business stake holders
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
