- Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of the company's NPI / product development framework across all responsible programs.
- Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across the entire project portfolio.
- Lead a high volume of concurrent product development projects, balancing priorities, shared resources, and interdependencies.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Actively manage portfolio health, capacity constraints, and sequencing decisions in partnership with functional leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Commercial functions.
- Drive alignment on requirements, assumptions, milestones, and decision criteria across all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with global teams and external suppliers, ensuring delivery commitments, issue resolution, and communication cadence.
- Plan and lead phase-gate reviews, and leadership updates.
- Clearly communicate program status, risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Drive decision-making by presenting fact-based options and escalating issues when required.
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical, schedule, cost, supply chain, and quality risks.
- Establish and track project KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Lead recovery plans and corrective actions for programs that deviate from plan.
Process Improvement & Leadership Impact
- Improve scalability and predictability of NPI execution in a high-throughput development environment.
- Mentor and coach project managers and team members on best practices, tools, and execution discipline.
