Project Executive/Director - Healthcare/Hospital    

The Project Executive/Director is responsible for day-to-day operations of all construction, the overall management and delivery of complex healthcare/hospital projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and delivering large-scale projects in the healthcare industry. You will contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established goals and support the company's mission. This role involves leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of one or more large projects, from business development and preconstruction through construction execution and project closeout

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the project team from inception to completion
  • Develop and manage the project plan and budget
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Address and resolve project conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the permit process to ensure full compliance with local authorities and regulations.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field

  • OSHA Safety Trained, experience in quality, health and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
