We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that support our strategic goals and enhance the experience of our customers and employees.

From technology implementations and core system conversions to acquisitions, branch projects, and construction initiatives, you'll collaborate with leaders across the organization to keep complex projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. This role also includes overseeing the Bank's enterprise project portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and effectively managed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from planning through implementation and closeout, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved
  • Partner with departments including IT, Operations, Lending, Finance, Compliance, Facilities, and external vendors to drive project success
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular updates to the leadership team
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate decision-making, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen project delivery and organizational efficiency
  • Travel to branch locations and project sites as needed to support project planning, implementation, vendor coordination, and successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within financial services or banking
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish
  • Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and execution
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining focus on results
