Operational Support & Problem Solving

  • Serve as a resource for project teams when challenges arise, helping identify solutions and remove obstacles.
  • Step into day-to-day project issues when necessary, including owner relations, subcontractor performance, schedule recovery, procurement challenges, and cost control concerns.
  • Support project teams during critical phases of construction and high-risk situations.

Client & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and trade partners.
  • Participate in business development efforts and strategic client engagement activities.
  • Support preconstruction and pursuit activities
  • Represent Logan Pass Construction in a professional and positive manner within the industry.

Financial & Strategic Management

  • Review project financials, forecasts, cash flow projections, and contract compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on staffing plans, operational improvements, and strategic growth initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 10+ years of construction project management experience.

  • Strong understanding of phased construction, outage planning, commissioning, turnover, and operational risk mitigation within live facilities.
  • Ability to lead both ground-up and renovation-focused project teams.

  • Experience with projects exceeding $50M in value.
  • Familiarity with Procore and P6

Why Youll Love Working Here
